The process of documentary filmmaking is exciting: researching, finding the story, meeting contributors, and shaping the narrative. Documentary films blend story-crafting techniques borrowed from journalism, advertising, and scriptwriting. During my career, I´ve been lucky to be involved in all stages of the process, as director, researcher, scriptwrite,r and editor for both local and international projects.
Diagnosed with cancer at 23-years-old, Sophie Trew was far from the end - her story was just beginning. Sophie is now at the forefront of a new cancer awareness movement in the UK.

Mañana Generation
A pioneer of the pill, Carl Djerassi coined the term “The Mañana Generation”. A generation that according to him in 2050 will completely separate sex from reproduction. By freezing their eggs and sperm at a young age, they're allowed the freedom to choose when to become parents regardless of biological limitations. The first members of “The Mañana Generation” are already amongst us, but is society ready for them?
